Drew is truly one of a kind! We hit it off from day one, and I knew right away I was working with someone who genuinely loves what she does. She is extremely dedicated, professional, knowledgeable, and always available when I need her. It’s always great being able to communicate with someone who really knows the business and can give you knowledgeable advice throughout the process. Drew has been incredibly helpful every step of the way, and her passion for real estate shows in everything she does. Hello, I am not typically a guy that is “leave a review” guy. However, this instance has completely demanded I say a few words about Wes and his incredible unsung hero’s grinding in the background. The wife and I had to relocate from Utah, back to greater Houston area in 2024 for end of life care for my mom. From July 2024- August 2025, we had very little time to breathe much less consider looking for a permanent place to live. My wife and I had several conversations about the desperate need to stop renting and get a yard for the boys (our puppers). Monica had to force me to go to this “information only” event hosted by Wes and several of his preferred vendors he is associated with daily in the home buying process. I can 100% look everyone in the eye and tell you everyone we met that day was extremely cordial, attentive and not once made anyone feel out of place. We ended up striking o…

My wife and I discussed the pros and cons of that first house, because Wes listened and understood what was important to us in a home, as well as the disappointment we had, we were instantly able to pivot to a different house we had never even seen. It had all of the “must haves”. From my wife walking the new home, to making an offer ( November 3rd), to closing and taking passion of the house (Nov 21) it was less than 28 days. Our portion of the closing process took less than an hour! I can honestly tell you that Wes and his entire team are super communicative, possess a tremendous attention to detail, and honestly care that you are making the right choice. While Wes is the face of the transaction, the people behind the scenes are even better. I just cannot fathom using any other team of people for the home buying process. We absolutely could not be more happy about the selection of Wes and his staff, and of course the home. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions
